Glass and Glass bricks at angle wall don't shade
The perpendicular glass walls so defined won't leave a shadow on themselves or on ground.
In SU, the transparency of each glass material is over 70%, so that it casts a shade: doesn't help.
More: if Strike is off, the size of the square blocks changes!?!
Did I miss something?

Realtime sunlight does not get filtered by the glass material. If you turn off 'Realtime' you'll see the light being filtered.

OK, it works, thanks!romark wrote:I've tried a glazed corner wall with both glass bricks and simple glazing from SketchUp (PRO 14).

However, to get a nicely defined shadow border, I had to use a 5cm Resolution.
This is acceptable for a simple project, but generates very long time calculations for "regular" projects.
Are there any other ways around this?

Thanks Adam !
The LightUp version 4-1c has solved all these problems (texture scaling fixed, transparency and shading of/through transparent materials = lovely).
