Japanese texture name corrupt on exporting fbx

Hi, while evaluating the LightUp 5.5 demo version on SketchUp 2017, I encountered a problem on exporting fbx.
When I export fbx model on windows 10, the LightUp plugin outputs textures with corrupted file names for japanese texture names. So the resulted textures are not properly handled by external importers. It is ok for english texture names, and also it is ok on Mac OS X.

I attached a sample .skp with a material with japanese texture name.

From engineer standpoint, SketchUp seems to have texture name as UTF-8 encoding, but when LightUp plugin exports fbx on windows, the plugin seems to create texture files assuming SJIS (or more precisely CP932) encoding. (SJIS/CP932 is japanese default encoding on older windows).
