making sense of light-up exported lightmaps

hi,

has anyone made sense of light-up lightmaps enough to import them to blender and make them emissive materials?

(after converting the FBX to 2013 binary format using autodesk converter)

they often come in tiled hundreds of times, and I cant find the right mapping scale..

ok so I have just done this ok with one group - I dont think lightup likes multiple nested groups
